1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.
Domestic orders are delivered through trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During sales, festive periods, or high-volume days, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather conditions, and local restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are borne by the customer.

  • The final shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and weight of the package.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier partner name

  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery is missed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be marked as undeliverable. In such cases:

  • Reshipping will require additional shipping charges

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect information entered by the customer

7. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Strikes or courier disruptions

  • Remote area delivery logistics

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

However, we will always support you in tracking your order.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives tampered with or damaged:

  • Do not accept the package

  • Inform the delivery partner immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video of the package

This helps us raise the issue with the courier service.
